The sun, beaches and yoga – Nao and Chihiro the Japanese yoga instructors co-host a yoga retreat in a volcanic island in the Tyrrhenian Sea, Ischia. Join us Japanese/English bilingual yoga classes with a panoramic view of the sea and sun-kissed locally sourced vegetarian food. Enjoy the legendary healing properties of its mineral-rich thermal springs, golden sandy beaches wrap their way round volcanoes and mountains with spectacular view over oak and beech woods. Spending your free time the onsite outdoor thermal water swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Turkish bath, or exploding the beautiful island.

All levels are welcome. It is a small group retreat with 2 teachers so you are promised to have lots of support for your yoga practice.

About Instructors


Nao obtained a teaching qualification as an ISHTA (Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda) yoga teacher in 2008. Since then she has been continuously studying various styles of yoga with highly respected teachers around the globe, as well as teaching small groups and individuals. After completing her Elemental Yoga Therapy Teacher Training in Bali, she started offering sessions for people who suffer from various health imbalances.

Her other passion is holistic nutrition. As well as having obtained a Raw Food Chef certificate and studied Ayurvedic nutrition & cooking in India, her own diet has lots of influence from the macrobiotic diet which originated in Japan. Along with yoga sessions she will provide advice about your diet and lifestyle if necessary.



Chihiro is a London based certified Dharma Yoga teacher. She studied yoga with one of the most beloved yoga masters, Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City. She is passionate about spreading the healing power of yoga and helping people to find their infinite possibilities within them through her teaching. She finds a great joy in bringing people smile with her hands-on approach, helping and encouraging her students to find the connection with their body and mind. She has been teaching private and small group lessons as well as assisting highly respected teachers in London. She is also qualified Holistic Massage Therapist, Reiki Healer and Photographer.
