I offer bespoke yoga sessions that will take into account your current physical ability, mental conditions, health concerns and any past yoga experience.
You will have the opportunity to truly focus on your own practice. I will guide you safely and effectively. This is your time and you don’t need to compare yourself with anyone else. It’s so peaceful and powerful at the same time.
I will blend many different styles of yoga to offer the best private session for you.
It will consist of yoga poses (Asana), breathing technique, life energy movements and meditation.
I am also happy to give dietary advice and any tips on how to stay healthy and young!
I’m so excited to meet you and would love to share with you what I have learnt from yoga.
